​Growing up in sunny Sydney, Australia, surrounded by eucalypt trees, beaches, and Vegemite sandwiches, I learned early on to stay on my toes—maybe because the world felt so far away, or maybe because of all the deadly animals! Either way, embracing challenges and pushing boundaries has always been part of who I am. I’ve spent 15+ years working as a multi-time C-level executive in private equity backed software and data services companies and as an operating partner within software focused private equity firms.
I’ve helped businesses scale—both in the US and globally. I specialize in accelerating US market growth for companies based outside the country, leveraging my deep understanding of high-growth strategies in fast-scaling firms. But beyond market expansion, my expertise lies in identifying what I call "growth aptitude"—the ability to push beyond comfort zones, embrace challenges, and realize your true potential. Growth isn’t just about strategy; it’s about mindset. I help leaders and businesses develop both.
At every stage of my life, I have created formal and informal professional development programs and coaching relationships that help others see what they are capable of and take decisive action to achieve the impact they want most at work…and at home. “Graduates” of these programs are now CEOs, C-level leaders of large global businesses, functional experts and founders - many of them in companies owned by private equity or growth equity firms. And many of them have experienced extremely successful exit events (and then signed up to do it all over again)!
